Who would have thought that content makes up only 7% of communication? Your gestures and tone of voice speak far louder than words! According to Mehrabian’s Rule, here’s the breakdown:

👉 Only 7% comes from the content
👉 38% from paraverbal elements (tone of voice, intonation, speed of speech)
👉 A whopping 55% from nonverbal elements (gestures, facial expressions, body language)

3️⃣ Active Listening: Pay attention not only to what is said but also to how it is said and what nonverbal cues are present.
