Company success is only possible when everyone pulls together—and chases the right goals and KPIs. Sound familiar?

Yesterday, we took on the challenge of translating the mission of L’Oréal’s CPD division into something tangible for every department. The goal? To align missions, set strategic objectives, and define clear KPIs. Thank you, Lukáš Saitz, for your trust, and to my colleague at Sinlei, Tomas Rysavy, for co-moderating.

Tips from the workshop:
1️⃣ Start with “why”:
Ensure that each department’s mission is connected to the overall group mission.

2️⃣ Clear objectives:
Break down big goals into specific steps.

3️⃣ Non-conflicting KPIs:
Each goal must be visible to others, shared by them, and should not cannibalize others’ objectives. The toughest part of the exercise!
