Martin Záklasník
Throughout his career, Martin has traversed various business sectors – from consulting, through IT and telecommunications, to energy. In the field of energy, he was the CEO of E.ON, the second largest utility player on the Czech market, leading the transformation of the company into a modern and sustainable energy entity. His focus lies particularly in transformation and change management, customer-centricity, corporate culture, and digitalization. He addresses all these topics within the Sinlei company, which he founded in 2022. In Sinlei, he focuses on on coaching, mentoring, and consultancy in the field of leadership.
Olga Zimmermann
Olga is a renowned organizational psychologist, facilitator, and business coach. In the coaching field, she holds ACC and ICF certifications, and she is also a certified specialist in The Fearless Organization. Within our company, she brings valuable insights from psychological research, consults, and educates clients in the areas of workplace well-being, mental health, psychological safety, and leadership.
Pavel Žamberský
Pavel has held successful managerial positions in banks, and manufacturing companies, and served as the Deputy Head of the Department of World Economy at the University of Economics in Prague. His greatest passion and expertise lies in behavioral economics, which explores the actual behavior of people. In 2021, he completed training in psychological coaching at QED Group, which he now utilizes in his work at Sinlei, where he serves as a coach, mentor, and consultant. Pavel is also a rock climbing instructor, aiming to connect coaching for clients with experiences in outdoor sports.
Jakub Jedlinský
Since 2014, Jakub has been teaching what is likely the world’s first economically focused course on cryptocurrencies at the University of Economics in Prague. He also commercially lectures on alternative currencies and systemic analysis, dedicating himself philanthropically to the fight against fraud. He is a co-founder of the company Altlift s.r.o., which focuses on crypto advisory and DLT applications. At Sinlei, Jakub specializes in consulting on the impact of technology on leadership and digital leadership.
Tomáš Ryšavý
Tomáš has held various executive roles, ranging from medium-sized companies to multinational corporations in the telecommunications and IT sector. He was, for example, a member of the management board of T-Mobile CZ and Slovak Telekom. He has experience in various business areas and corporate structures. Throughout his career, he focused primarily on strategy, transformation, customer orientation, and, last but not least, leadership and corporate culture. At Sinlei, he is involved in mentoring and the areas of corporate culture and leadership.
Dalibor Demel
Dalibor combines coaching, literary creation, and journalism, in which he has been active for many years. His interest in the functioning of the mind led him to Asian Buddhist monasteries and the rituals of indigenous peoples. He transformed these practices into his psychological coaching training, which he combined with individual systemic coaching and narrative coaching. Since 2021, he has been working as a coach, focusing on individual coaching in the areas of personal and professional self-development. He operates within these spheres as part of the Sinlei team.
Tomáš Brych
Tomáš is an experienced marketer who has held managerial positions in marketing in FMCG, telecommunications, insurance, banking, energy, and investment funds. He learned marketing and strategy from international experts such as Mark Ritson and Scott Galloway. He has put into practice many insights from behavioral economics and has prepared numerous successful strategies and campaigns. In addition to marketing, he also focuses on coaching and training soft skills within Sinlei.
